Easy to rinse clean, not too heavy to carry when full, and you can see the fill level if it's out in the sun. My chickens do perch on the top (screw handle) but it's easy to clean the poop off the waterer. I like it much better than my neighbors' galvanized model. Was shipped quickly- very happy with purchase.

A BIG improvement over the galvanized ones that rust. It's easy to fill and carry.

This water-er works just fine. If you don't read the instructions, it's a little confusing to figure out how to control the water flow when you fill it... but it's really pretty easy. I'm not sure it will last as long as my metal waterer, but it works fine now.
