The StoneTech professional bulletppoof stone sealer is a unique, extra strength stain protector for interior porous natural stone and grout. Providing maximum protection for natural stones, this liquid is formulated with advanced, water based fluoropolymers to protect against the toughest oil and water based stains. The easy-to-use liquid can be used as an effective oil or water barrier, and provides coverage for up to 400 square feet. Other features include a water-based low-solids coating, premium stain protection, preservation of a natural look, and advanced penetrating microbond protection. Emitting a very low odor the product is also designed for interior use, and protects surfaces up to 5 years. The sealer also protects exterior surfaces for up to 3 years. The sealer is compatible with marble, granite, limestone, slate, terrazzo, travertine and sandstone and porous stone surfaces.

This product works extremely well. I read a few negative reviews that people had written on this product and concluded that they did not read and/or follow the manufacture's directions. The reason I say this is that when my granite countertops were first installed, the installers only wiped this sealer over the surface then left. I too, had areas that would darken when water would hit the stone, and I wondered why. However, when I applied the sealer liberally (2 yrs later, for the first time since the countertops were installed), allow the sealer to penetrate the surface for 15-30mins (as recommended), wiped off the excess after 30min (which there was minimal, the stone absorbed most of the sealer), and did not use the surface for 24hrs (as recommended. By the way, I took advantage of sealing the surface before I went away for the weekend so that there was no impact to family life.) I had a nicely sealed surface. I no longer have areas that darken when water stands on the stone.
I would recommend this product to everyone.

I did not realize the granite has to be covered with sealer when I installed new counters and gues what, I put an oil stain on it the very next day. This incident prompted me to do a search on the internet and I found this product recommended by many. I ordered it from Amazone and applied to my counters a few days ago. Application was very easy and so far it works great: no more stains and no "wet spots" from spilled water (unlike oil they dry out eventually). Two things to note:
- a quart is wa-a-ay too much for a 50 sq foot surface. I used probably about 20% of the bottle and I still had to wipe a lot of sealer after second application.
- wear rubber gloves when you apply it. It does not feel like an aggressive liquid, but I did not wear gloves and my skin was hurting after I finished

After buying White Kashmir granite for kitchen and one bathroom, I learned that this granite is extremely porous. After researching bought and applied the BulletProof Stone Sealer. I was much relieved to see that, as advertised, this sealer does protect porous granites from all kinds of potentially staining products. The fact that sealer has a 72 hours curing time is a small price to pay for the peace of mind it provides. I now enjoy the granite without concerns. I highly recommend this product.

We too had White Kashmir granite countertops installed in our kitchen without realizing just how porous they were. Just putting down a wet glass left black stains for a while although they eventually dried out. I tried a few other sealers without any luck. This sealer seems to have done the trick. Plus, this sealer did not have nearly as unpleasant an odor compared with others. I recommend this and will apply it again in a few months.

I have solid surface granite countertops in my kitchen and solid surface travertine countertops in my bathrooms. I used this sealer on both of them. Very easy to apply. I had to use two coats on the travertine. Water now beads on my countertops like water on a freshly waxed car hood. It did leave a bit of a haze but I just cleaned that off with StoneTech's stone cleaner (also a great product).
